The purpose of the website is to present the Slovenian Armed Forces (SAF), its mission and tasks, scope and structure, operations, activities, units and other features in an informative and promotional manner. Presentation of its operational environment and its positioning in the defence and security system, with the aim of increasing interest in, knowledge and understanding of the Slovenian Armed Forces.
The SAF will provide accurate information on its promotional pages. The texts are for information purposes only and the Slovenian Armed Forces does not warrant or assume any responsibility for their accuracy or completeness.
All visitors use the published content at their own risk.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Persons who provide personal data via the website consent to the data controller managing, maintaining and controlling the collection of personal data of individuals in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No. 94/2007). The data controller may process the personal data collected for the purposes of informing about job opportunities, for sampling and statistical data processing purposes, for identifying staffing potential and needs, and for other human resources and statistical purposes. The controller undertakes to use the data exclusively for the purposes set out in this paragraph and not to disclose them to third parties. During the period of management of personal data, the data subject shall have the possibility to consult, copy, update, rectify, block and delete the personal data contained in the database, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Any individual may at any time request the controller to permanently or temporarily cease using his or her personal data for the purposes set out in this paragraph within 15 days, by writing to the controller at the address of the General Staff of the Slovenian Armed Forces, Ministry of Defence, Vojkova 55, SI-1000 Ljubljana.
