430th Naval Division

The Division is directly subordinated to the Force Command. It is responsible for the military defence of local waters and participates in the system of protection, rescue and relief at the sea.

-    Patrol Boat Detachment (the Ankaran HPL-21 fast patrol boat)
-    Operational Support Detachment (logistics)

Tasks

-    Prepare and set up local waters, coastline, coast and hinterland for combat.
-    Maintain readiness.
-    Manage the war regime of navigation.
-    Provide hydro navigational and hydro meteorological support and participate in joint combat within local waters, on the coastline and in hinterland.
-    Engage in anti-ship, anti-mine and anti-commando operations as well as in combat against landing, mine-laying and counter-mobility operations on the coastline and at sea.
-    Engage in maritime commando operations.
