NATO ACT Command Sergeant Major CMSgt Jack Johanson delivers a lecture within Leadership NCO Seminar
Between 12 and 23 June, the non-commissioned officer (NCO) corps of the Slovenian Armed Forces (SAF) under the auspices of the SAF General Staff and in cooperation with the SAF NCO School (within NATO DEEP) organised a Leadership Seminar for NCOs from the Ukrainian Armed Forces. On Friday, 16 June, seminar participants attended a lecture by NATO Allied Command Transformation (ACT) Command Sergeant Major Chief Master (CMSgt) Sergeant Jack Johanson.
CMSgt Johanson participated in the Leadership NCO Seminar at the invitation of SAF Command Senior Enlisted Leader Command Sergeant Major Igor Tomašič with the aim to provide support and enhance further cooperation. He delivered a lecture for seminar participants and met with Commander of the NCO School, unit NCO of the Military Schools Centre, unit NCO of the NCO School and their colleagues.
NATO ACT Command Sergeant Major CMSgt Johanson expressed his appreciation for the exceptional contribution the Slovenian Armed Forces provides in the form of military education and training for the development of NCO corps of partner states. During their conversation, Commander of the NCO School Lieutenant Colonel Franjo Lipovec underlined that the NCO School in cooperation with SAF NCO corps would continue to actively contribute its capabilities in the form of military education and training for the needs of NCO development of partner states both within NATO DEEP and bilaterally.
